FAQs

Q. Do you take last minute bookings?

We are happy to take last minute bookings by phone, as long as the limo is available and the booking is feasible.  We have mobile credit card facilities in the Cosmic Limousine and payment will need to be made up-front.  This includes late returns at night.


Q. Can we bring our own alcohol in the limousine?

The Liquor Control Act 1988 was amended in 2011 to permit small private hire vehicles to allow BYO. However, it is at the discretion of the driver and the responsible drinking of alcohol is encouraged. The driver may choose to evict a drunk passenger or even terminate the booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: School Ball hires do not allow any consumption of alcohol on board the car.

Q. Can food be consumed on board ?

We would prefer for food not to be bought into the vehicle and we do maintain extremely high standards of presentation and clearing up food is often a difficult job.

Q. Can we travel outside of the Perth Metro area ?

We can work with you to tailor any occasion and this includes out of the Perth Metro area. We may not travel on unsealed roads, but will work with you to try and find suitable alternatives to accommodate your wishes.

Q. How many people can you take in the limousine ?

Our Super Stretch H2 Hummer can carry up to 16 passengers in the rear cabin in safety and style. Passengers are not permitted to travel in the front cabin next to the driver.

Q. Can we extend the hire once we are travelling in the limousine ?

If we do not have another booking to fulfil after your occasion and the driver is able to extend, then yes you can. Payment for the extended hire is to be made to the driver with a suitable credit card before the extended hire can commence.

Q. How do we pay for the hire ?

All booking fees are to be made by Visa or Mastercard. Final balance of payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, cheque, direct deposit or cash. Extended hire on the occasion date is to be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Cash.

Q. How far ahead do we have to book the limousine ?

The more notice you provide us the better, the limousines do get booked out well in advance.

We will make every effort to source suitable additional vehicle/s to make your event a success.

Q. How do we secure our booking ?

A booking fee is payable by Visa or Mastercard and is required to guarantee your booking. We will then not accept any other bookings which would affect your booking in any way.

Q. Can you pick us up at our house ?

In most cases, yes, however as our Super Stretch Hummer is a limited access vehicle we may not be able to enter your street. We will work with you when planning your event to enable pick up from a suitable location.

Q. Can we stop for photographs?

If time permits within the booking arrangement, then we are happy to stop off at a suitable location for photographs. It is always best to advise us of this at the time of booking, so that we can check out parking and ensure there is enough time.

Q. Can we bring our children with us ?

Children can travel in the limousine as long as they do not require to be seated in a capsule or booster seat. The limousine does not have anchor points specific to these seats
